To use document software effectively, project coordinators need to know how to use the basic and advanced features and functions of the chosen tool, apply styles and templates, use track changes and comments, and export and share documents.

The ability to use communication software, such as email, instant messaging, video conferencing, or collaboration platforms. These tools allow project coordinators to communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients; exchange information, feedback, and updates; and resolve issues and conflicts. Communication software can also help project coordinators create and maintain contact lists, calendars, and agendas, schedule and join meetings, and record and archive conversations. To use communication software effectively, project coordinators need to know how to use the appropriate tool for the purpose and audience, write clear and concise messages, use etiquette and tone, and follow up and confirm actions.
How to Learn and Improve Software Skills
The ability to learn and improve their software skills by taking online courses, watching tutorials, reading manuals, and practicing on real or simulated projects. They can also seek feedback, advice, and support from their peers, mentors, or experts and join online communities and forums where they can ask questions, share tips, and learn from others. Additionally, project coordinators can keep up with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in software by subscribing to newsletters, blogs, podcasts, and magazines and attending webinars, workshops, and events.

It can be used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, mobile applications, and some optional cloud services. Fonts, templates, cloud storage, and access to Adobe Stock. Some core apps included are Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
